Jay County Support Group

Provides emotional support to cancer patients, family and friends. Information, speakers, and discussion are included at meetings which are held the last Tuesday of the month at 5:00 pm. For more information you may call (260)726-1844.

Post-Mastectomy Fitting Session

IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital Cancer Center Boutique and IU Health Jay Hospital along with the Jay County Cancer Society will host breast cancer fitting sessions for patients that have had a mastectomy or a lumpectomy. Fittings will be at the IU Health Jay Hospital Cancer Center. We will bill your insurance. Mastectomy and Lumpectomy Kits

JCCS is also providing a mastectomy and lumpectomy kits. The kit will be given to you after surgery at the hospital. The kit contains a bra or a camisole depending on the type of surgery that you have had. Other items such as a squeeze ball, reading material that will help the patients as the healing process begins is included.
